Dr Chloe Wilson is a provisional psychologist who is currently completing the Master of Clinical Psychology at Western Sydney University. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy from The University of Sydney, and is currently a post-doctoral research fellow at Growing Minds Australia, The University of Sydney.
Chloe has worked across a diverse range of clinical areas including headspace, Westmead Children’s Hospital and in private practice. Her research focuses on improving the mental and physical health of children and adolescents.
Chloe provides a warm and compassionate approach to her clients using evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy approaches. She is passionate about working with children and their families, helping them to build confidence, resilience and coping skills to promote their overall wellbeing and growth.
Jessica Vumbaca

Jessica is a clinical psychologist and member of the Australian Psychological Society.
She has experience working with clients in a variety of settings including public hospitals,non-government organisations, private sector, and university clinics. She has experience working with children, young people, families, and adults with a diverse range of mental health presentations including but not limited to depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder and trauma.
Jessica is passionate about psychological education and provides client centred treatment. She works primarily from frameworks including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical-Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, Attachment Based Family Therapy, and Parent Management Training.
Jessica’s therapeutic approach is characterised by a commitment to collaborative formulation with her clients. She views therapy as a partnership, where we work together to understand and explore the unique aspects of their experiences and challenges. By involving clients in the formulation process, it allows the opportunity to create a tailored and comprehensive understanding of the issues at hand.
A cornerstone of Jessica’s practice is holistic care. She recognises the interconnectedness of various aspects of ones life and well-being. Whether working with children, adolescents, or adults, she emphasises the importance of considering the whole person—mind, body, and social context.
Janessa Liu
Janessa is a provisional psychologist who has completed the Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at the University of Sydney and Master of Professional Psychology at the Australian Catholic University.
Having a passion for helping others, Janessa started working at Succeed Psychology in client services. Janessa has since worked in schools, employee assistance settings and psycho-oncology research, supporting clients presenting with depression, anxiety, school/work stress, learning disorders and chronic health challenges. Janessa enjoys working with people from different backgrounds and across the lifespan, including children and their families, adolescents, and adults.
Janessa values a warm, respectful and validating space where clients can feel heard and supported. Janessa draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, motivational interviewing and mindfulness approaches to tailor treatment to each client’s individual needs. Janessa believes in working collaboratively with people towards their therapeutic goals and aims to help clients to better understand themselves, recognise their strengths and empower them to navigate life’s complexities.
Emily Dailly
Emily is a registered psychologist and clinical psychology registrar. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and a Master of Clinical Psychology from Macquarie University.
Emily works with children, adolescents and young adults with a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioural difficulties, emotion regulation, study stress, and adjustment. Emily has a particular passion for supporting neurodiverse individuals with their mental health needs.
Emily has experience working in university clinics and public hospital settings to deliver individual therapy to clients experiencing a broad range of difficulties across the lifespan. She has previously facilitated adult outpatient group programs that draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, as well as a social problem-solving group program for children and their parents. Emily has also delivered parent management programs for parents of children experiencing behavioural difficulties, oppositional defiant disorder, autism, and ADHD.
Emily has a warm, empathetic, and caring approach and values building a strong therapeutic alliance to facilitate collaboration with her clients. She strives to develop a detailed and holistic understanding of clients’ experiences to allow her to deliver tailored, evidence-based treatments that draw from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and integrated family intervention. Emily is also an accredited provider of the Cool Kids Anxiety Program for children and adolescents.
Maddy Burns
Maddy is an experienced Clinical Psychologist, who holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from the University of South Australia, complemented by specialised certifications in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) from Flinders University, and a Master of Psychology (Clinical) Degree from Griffith University.
With a rich professional background spanning various settings, Maddy has adeptly navigated community teams, educational institutions, psychiatric hospitals, and therapeutic group settings, demonstrating versatility in her clinical practice. Her expertise extends across the lifespan, encompassing comprehensive interventions tailored to individuals, families, and groups alike.
Specialising in childhood behavioural concerns and attachment dynamics, Maddy is particularly passionate about equipping parents with evidence-based strategies to address issues such as aggression, non-compliance, and defiance in children.
She holds accreditation from Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) International, enabling her to deliver specialised services aimed at enhancing parent-child relationships and fostering secure attachments.
Dedicated to effecting positive change within families grappling with disruptive behaviour, Maddy prioritises cultivating secure attachment, effective communication, and meaningful connections. Drawing upon her extensive experience in PCIT, she customises interventions to suit the unique needs of each family, ensuring a tailored and effective approach.

Josh Onikul
Josh is a seasoned psychologist and board approved supervisor
with over a decade of experience committed to nurturing the mental well-being of individuals across diverse age groups. His expertise encompasses work with children, adolescents, young adults, and parents, reflecting his deep understanding of their unique psychological needs.
Josh is an active contributor to the mental health field, focusing particularly on severe and persistent mental illnesses. His professional journey has been marked by a variety of roles, including clinical work, research, outcome measurement, and management. Notably, he has served with organizations such as the Schizophrenia Fellowship of NSW, Headspace, Headspace Early Psychosis, and Feel the Magic. Josh works concurrently in school settings.

Dominic Byatt
Dominic is a provisional psychologist with a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from Macquarie University and is currently completing a Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Technology Sydney. He has gained valuable experience working across diverse settings, including private hospitals, outpatient services, private practices, and university clinics. Dominic has worked with clients in both individual and group therapy formats, addressing a broad range of concerns such as mood and anxiety disorders, OCD, borderline personality disorder, work/study stress, and perfectionism.
Trained in evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing Dominic is committed to providing tailored therapeutic interventions to meet the unique needs of each client. He enjoys working with clients across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults.
Prior to pursuing psychology, Dominic gained experience in the Out of Home Care sector, where he supported children and adolescents in crisis and worked with individuals experiencing significant psychological distress. This background has informed his compassionate and empathetic approach to therapy, especially when working with clients navigating complex emotional and psychological challenges.
Dominic has a particular interest in the therapeutic process and how psychological difficulties are reflected within the therapeutic relationship. He believes in creating a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment where clients feel validated and empowered to recognize their strengths and develop the skills necessary to achieve their therapeutic goals and lead a fulfilling life.
