Screen Smart: Guiding Children and Teens to Healthier Tech Use

A 2021 Australian study* identified that young people are spending more time on screens than ever before- up to 31 hours a week! But what is the impact of this on their developing brains?

We will dive deep into the research on the neuroloqical, academic and social impacts of television, social media and gaming, how to mitigate psychological harm, how to navigate these conversations with your children, and more. There will also be opportunities to ask our panel of clinical psychologists your questions.

Join our online information night to learn more about the risks of excessive screen use and how you can effectively implement changes in your home to improve your child's wellbeing.

Does the pursuit of perfectionism actually hold you back?

What are your underlying motivations for striving so hard and how can you overcome them?

In this workshop we will examine the concept of ‘toxic perfectionism’ and how it paradoxically undermines your success, your relationships and your authenticity. We will use self reflection to identify reasons for it in your life, and recognise times when it both is and isn’t working for you.

This workshop aims to provide resources and practical tools to move forward with an awareness of toxic perfectionism in your life and skills to overcome it’s damaging impact!
