Take Action: Anxiety Program for Kids
The Take Action Program is an evidence-based cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) program specifically designed to help children manage and overcome anxiety. Developed by clinical psychologists, it empowers young individuals to understand and cope with their fears, build confidence, and develop essential skills to face everyday challenges.
Dates: 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th March 2025
Times: 4:15pm- 5:45pm
Age group: 7-10 yrs
Cost: $450 (with $144 rebated via Medicare)
