Karen Craddock
Karen is a registered psychologist who holds a Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Technology Sydney and a Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis at Monash University. She is currently completing her registrar program to become an endorsed clinical psychologist.
Karen is passionate about helping patients recognise their strengths and navigate life’s complexities. Her interest lies across all age groups who wish to address concerns relating to anxiety, mood, and stress. During her clinical training, Karen has worked with individuals who struggle with a variety of mood and anxiety disorders, as well as patients who present with comorbid chronic pain and complex physical health conditions.
Karen adopts a holistic approach to treatment and utilises evidence-based treatments such as cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, and motivational interviewing which are individualised to meet client needs. Karen strives for a warm and non- judgemental environment where clients feel supported to meet their goals.
