Jessica is passionate about psychological education and provides client centred treatment. She works primarily from frameworks including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical-Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, Attachment Based Family Therapy, and Parent Management Training.
Jessica’s therapeutic approach is characterised by a commitment to collaborative formulation with her clients. She views therapy as a partnership, where we work together to understand and explore the unique aspects of their experiences and challenges. By involving clients in the formulation process, it allows the opportunity to create a tailored and comprehensive understanding of the issues at hand.
A cornerstone of Jessica’s practice is holistic care. She recognises the interconnectedness of various aspects of ones life and well-being. Whether working with children, adolescents, or adults, she emphasises the importance of considering the whole person—mind, body, and social context.
